Pearl Moon Wind

Today I wanted to do the challenge at Our Creative Corner and SUO so I played around with a new technique idea I had today and it just didn't work out for me so I tried this instead! Love the look and it will be great for windy Christmas Card scenes too! Hope you are getting inspired to make some Halloween things!

Donna, sometimes monochromatic cards are hard to execute but this one is done perfectly! I love how the 31 is so large - its a great focal point on this card. Thanks for sharing your talent with us this week at Our Creative Corner!

Wow Donna, every little detail is absolutely perfect. I started to pick out what i love and realized I love everything - the moon, the swirling leaves, the 31, the bat and of course and most of all, the wind. Is it scratched into the paper surface? Inquiring minds want to know of course! So happy you joined in the numbers challenge with us this week at Our Creative Corner.

Yes, please give us a tutorial on the "swirling wind" effect. I think I know how you did it and would love to see if I'm right!

Love this! It looks like you used steel wool to put the color on in a swirl fashion. While I don't celebrate Halloween (for religious reasons) I think this turned out fab!
