Scallop Corner Box Valentine!

Today's challenge for SU ONLY was a Valentine Card and I chose to make my Valentine a box with a little note inside! It is just like the theme at Our Creative Corner which was a 3D item with a Valentine,
City Crafters wanted a LOVE theme and then "anything goes" over at Paper Players.and "whatever" at Stamptacular Sunday made the box work too, and I just couldn't ignore my corner scallop box for that! Here I tweaked the box a little by cutting in hearts instead of snowflakes. You can see in the close up that the hearts aren't merely added on top of the box, but actually cut into the box. Just love it! For all of you who already own the tutorial for the scallop corner box you can improvise it just like this. So go dig it out and play. Enjoy your day...off to do some more construction at my son's home....see you soon!
other challenges for this heart box include:
FLOURISHES~ Valentine
CRAFT YOUR PASSION~ Red and Hearts
DELIGHTFUL CHALLENGES~ Have a Heart
PAPER CUBED ~best 3d project for February

Dear Donna;
Hello! You don't know me but someone recommends me to look at your blog and I discovered how talented you are! I fall in love with your work and how clean and neat your creations are! I've been with a "wide-opened-mouth" all the time since I checked your blog.

I would love to invite you to be part of INKSpirations 4U! as a Guest Designer for the next Spring and Easter Edition 2011!

If you are interested, please email me back to send you more information about our group. We are in our fourth tour of classes and always looking for talented designers to join us!

I admire you and it will be an honor to have you with us! The blog is new, still a lot of more things to add...but working on it!
Our blog is:

Beautiful - this just pops with those strong colors. I love how you curled the dotted DP and that button stack is awesome. And so is the box itself, but that goes without saying! So glad you joined in our 3-D fun this week at Our Creative Corner!

Donna, I love your box! And all the little touches you put on it! I love how you matted each of the panels, the stacked buttons, the added half-pearls, and added some curly ques with your ribbon.
Thanks for playing along in our challenge over @ OCC.
