COLOR CHALLENGE

click on the picture to see how COOL these balloons really are!

Hi everyone!
I am so glad Kristina has decided to continue with the color challenge, it is really the only thing that stretches my limits. I don't usually like to play outside the "sandbox" !Anyway, here is the card I made today.
Look!, I have used my new tutorial technique here on this card. Now you can see not only does it make frosting and snow, but it makes great balloons as well!
I hope you enjoy it! ~Donna

Donna, This is too cool! Thanks for the tutorial. Thanks for leaving a comment on my Blog because it brought me to yours. I have been trying to figure out something to use besides the product snowtex for frosting. Is the flour and salt, archival safe? Is it Ok in scrapbooks? Thanks again. Love the balloon card. Sylvia
